After two years, KISS leader Gene Simmons and his wife, Shannon Tweed, have sold their Las Vegas dream home without making a profit from it. The 73-year-old bassist and 66-year-old actress reportedly received $11 million for the 11,000 square-foot mansion and adjacent lot – $4 million less than the initial listing price and $2.5 million less than the offer received in November 2021. The property, located in the gated Ascaya development, features luxurious amenities such as floor-to-ceiling windows, an 11-car garage, an elevator, a theater, an infinity pool, and stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip. Back in 2021, Simmons told TMZ that he bought the house due to the absence of state and estate taxes. However, his family was not too keen on the location due to the city’s intense heat and close proximity to strip clubs. That said, Simmons and Tweed eventually accepted the offer and are now without a Las Vegas home.
