Lawsuit Filed by Four Seasons Las Vegas Employee Against Former UFC Fighter for Alleged Unprovoked Assault

A maintenance employee at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas is taking legal action against the corporation and Chael Sonnen after the former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) title challenger allegedly assaulted Joshua Olds and four other people without any warning in 2021, as discovered by KLAS-TV/Las Vegas.

As per the suit filed in Las Vegas by Joshua Olds – which includes charges of assault, battery, and negligence – Olds “suffered serious harm to his face and body” on December 18, 2021.

Olds was apparently coming to the aid of Julie and Christopher Stellpflug, who lodged their own lawsuit against Sonnen in March. The couple from San Luis Obispo, California, claim they encountered Sonnen, who seemed to be under the influence of alcohol, on their way to their hotel room. Without any prior indication, Sonnen punched Christopher multiple times in the head, then attempted to choke him, as per the Stellpflugs’ lawsuit, which further states that Sonnen threw Julie against a light fixture and punched her in the face.
