U2 to Reveal Las Vegas Residency in Super Bowl Commercial

U2 is anticipated to make their highly-anticipated announcement of a residency at the MSG Sphere in Las Vegas during a Super Bowl commercial on Sunday. This news confirms what had been reported in July 2022: that the renowned Irish rock band will launch the $2.2B entertainment venue located near the Venetian.

The commencement is expected to take place in September with 12 performances, making it a potentially busy weekend in Vegas due to the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix from Nov. 16-18 (of which the Sphere is part of its 3.8-mile street course).
